Karunesh Talwar

Karunesh Talwar is a well-known Indian stand-up comedian who has achieved a great deal of success as a comedy writer at the Mumbai-based production company, All India Bakchod (AIB), and the content creation production house, Weirdass Comedy. He began his career in stand-up comedy at the age of 18 with an open-mic performance at a comedy club in Mumbai. Since then, he has gained widespread recognition for his stand-up performances in various cities including Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, and London (UK).

Talwar was also a writer and performer at Weirdass Comedy, and served as the opening act for live shows by the Indian comedian Vir Das. He has also performed at numerous comedy festivals, including the Weirdass Pajama Festival in 2015, which featured acts by Raju Srivastava and Johnny Lever, and the Bengaluru Comedy Festival in 2016. In 2022, he took the stage at the Stage 42 Festival, hosted by well-known stand-up comedians Bill Burr, Russell Peters, and Jerry Seinfeld. In 2019, Talwar traveled to the USA and Australia for his international stand-up tour and also performed in Dubai.
